Terms of Service

UpLaunch is a weekly leaderboard where makers launch products. By submitting a launch, buying a placement, or otherwise using the site, you agree to these terms.

Accounts are created through Google sign-in. You are responsible for activity under your account, and for the accuracy of anything you publish through it.

Submit products you own or are authorised to represent. Listings must describe a real, reachable product, and the website you link to must match the listing.

We remove launches that are misleading, infringing, malicious, adult, or built primarily to manipulate rankings - including vote manipulation by any means.

Free launches earn a dofollow link for as long as the UpLaunch badge stays live on the linked site. We check for it periodically; if the badge is removed, the link reverts to nofollow. Paid tiers are always dofollow and require no badge.

We do not promise any particular search ranking, traffic volume, or indexing outcome. Search engines decide those, not us.

Paid launches and ad placements are billed through Stripe at the price shown at checkout. Ad placements run for the period purchased, starting from the week they are scheduled into.

If a placement you paid for did not run, contact us and we will re-run it or refund it. Beyond that, payments are non-refundable once the placement has gone live.

Ads are labelled as such and carry sponsored links. We may decline or remove any advertisement at our discretion, and will refund the unused portion if we do.

The site is provided as-is, without warranty. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and may update these terms - material changes will be reflected in the date above.
