AI Background Remover

AI Background Remover uses artificial intelligence to automatically create masks and remove video backgrounds without requiring a greenscreen. It runs locally on your machine with GPU acceleration and CPU fallback, keeping your footage private without any cloud uploads.

The plugin features background removal, background blurring for bokeh effects, edge smoothing for hair and fur, and temporal smoothing to reduce jitter. You can choose between a new UXP plugin built for Premiere Pro 25.6.5 or later, and a legacy CEP plugin that supports both Premiere Pro and After Effects.
